Spring Mandala Workshop
New Beginnings
Saturday, March 22 from 10-5 

In the spring we plant seeds in order to reap the rewards in the fall.  It is also a time for pruning and letting go of the things that stand in the way of better growth.  Using this as a metaphor for new beginnings, we will look into our lives to explore what is calling us to prune, cultivate, nurture and grow, and create a mandala to represent and to honor what we wish to sow and grow. 

Summer Mandala Workshop
The Illuminated Mandala and the 5 Universal Shapes
Sunday. June 15 from 9:30-5pm

We will explore the connections between shapes and one's inner subjective state using Angeles Arrien’s five universal shapes and her preferential shapes test. This simple and powerful technique combined with Judith Cornell’s Illuminated mandala process can help us become aware of and empowered by the processes working within and provide clues for directions for future growth . It will also give us a technique to use with others for greater insight into our relationships.
